Ma.Zorayda Angeles

Ma. Zorayda Angeles, more fondly called Maria is an experienced music educator, singer, vocal coach and choir conductor with a deep passion for teaching across all age groups from the Philippines and here in the UAE, from Early Years to Tertiary Education.  She has developed a deep understanding of how to nurture musical talent, whether it's through early childhood music exploration or advanced vocal techniques for adult learners. Over the course of her career, she has developed a diverse skill set and a versatile approach to education, ensuring that she meets the unique needs of each learner.

As a vocal coach and choir conductor, she has the privilege of guiding singers of all abilities, helping them develop their vocal skills, confidence, and passion for performance. Her experience extends to teaching various musical instruments and basic musical theories. Her teaching philosophy revolves around creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where each student can thrive. She continually refines her methods to stay at the forefront of music education, fostering a love of music and empowering students to reach their full potential in both individual and ensemble settings.

As the Head of Year 7, she also believes in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to achieve their potential. With a commitment to lifelong learning, She continues to adapt teaching methods to incorporate innovative approaches, making education both accessible and enjoyable for all students.
